Northern Ireland Troubles Bill

Contribution

This amendment, which provides for the amendment of section 40 of the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act 2023, is consequential on the repeal of Part 2 of that Act by clause 1. It also clarifies the application of that section.
