128: Clause 32, page 57, line 23, leave out from beginning to “, or” in line 24 and insert “a child receiving full-time education at a relevant school would normally be expected to attend” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment would clarify the intention that section 436B(5)(b)(ii) of the Education Act 1996, as inserted by clause 32, refers to a comparator child in full-time education.
