146: Clause 32, page 60, line 3, at end insert— “(la) whether the child is a young carer within the meaning of section 17ZA(3) of the Children Act 1989, as qualified by section 17ZB(3) of that Act;”Member's explanatory statement This amendment would amend the list of information that the register of children not in school must contain if prescribed in regulations under section 436C(2) of the Education Act 1996 (as inserted by clause 32) to include whether the child is a young carer.
