176: Clause 40, page 99, line 8, leave out from “address” to end of line 11 and insert “of buildings that the institution makes available for student use;”;” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment and my amendment to clause 40 at page 99, line 12, would require an application to register an independent educational institution to include just the address and not the description of buildings where students are routinely provided with education, meals or accommodation.
