(2) Paragraphs (4) to (6) deal with a case where a company has— (a) an accounting period (a “January 2027 straddling period”) beginning before 1 January 2027 and ending on or after that date, or (b) an accounting period (an “April 2028 straddling period”) beginning before 1 April 2028 and ending on or after that date.
