(9) If, as a result of paragraph (8), amounts are left out of account in determining the amount of any pre-Budget day instalments, the first instalment in respect of the total liability of the company for the January 2027 straddling period which is due and payable after 28 October 2026 is to be increased by the total of those amounts.
