That provision may be made amending section 407(3) of the Taxation (International and Other Provisions) Act 2010 so as to add a reference to expenditure credit under Chapter 3 of Part 14A of the Corporation Tax Act 2009 (films etc) instead of paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) of that subsection.
