(6) An asset pool company is “vendor-related” for that purpose if the administering authority or authorities mentioned in paragraph (2)(b) ( 18 ) participate in the company within the meaning of section 1(9)(b) of the Pension Schemes Act 2026 (local government pension schemes: asset pool companies).
