That, as proposed by the Committee of Selection, Lord Barrow, Lord Brennan of Canton, Baroness Brown of Silvertown, Lord Elliott of Mickle Fell, Lord Grantchester, Lord Moynihan of Chelsea, Baroness Smith of Newnham and Lord Tugendhat be appointed members of the Select Committee, in place of Baroness Anelay of St Johns, Lord Frost, Baroness Hayter of Kentish Town, Baroness Ludford, Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne, Lord Ricketts, Lord Whitty and Baroness Winterton of Doncaster; and that Lord Stirrup be appointed Chair of the Select Committee.
