That, as proposed by the Committee of Selection, Lord Barber of Ainsdale, Baroness Carberry of Muswell Hill, Lord Fuller and Baroness Hayter of Kentish Town be appointed members of the Select Committee in place of Viscount Chandos, Lord Gilbert of Panteg, Baroness Nichols of Selby and Baroness Taylor of Bolton; and that Baroness Hayter of Kentish Town be appointed Chair of the Select Committee.
