Further, when it comes to investing in private equity, venture capital and similar, this can increase business investment and economic growth by targeting capital, expertise and innovation towards firms with high growth potential. Similarly, private credit can contribute to business investment by targeting credit-constrained firms with high growth potential, providing liquidity and capital that otherwise might not be available.
