As a final point, it is worth saying that neither the accord nor the Bill prescribes which particular categories of private assets providers must use; indeed, where DC schemes are investing in private markets today, we see a lot of diversity. There is no reason why that would not remain; schemes would make the choice as they wanted to, as indicated, to suit the needs of their schemes.
