Having said all that, we are keenly aware that features of private markets can present risks, so I reassure noble Lords that the Government remain committed to ensuring that private market investment is sensible and sustainable. In this regard we are working closely with the Bank of England and the FCA as we pursue reforms to support UK economic growth.
