“that no scheme is required, whether directly or indirectly, to disinvest from listed investment companies … in order to meet any asset-allocation requirement, and that approval under section 28C may not be withdrawn solely on the basis that a scheme obtains exposure to qualifying assets through a listed vehicle”.
