89: Clause 40, page 38, line 9, leave out subsection (4) Member’s explanatory statement This amendment seeks to scrutinise the scale of the Secretary of State’s powers to exempt schemes from Conditions 1 and 2 set out in subsection (4), and to probe whether these exemption powers are intended to apply to Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) schemes.
