47: After Clause 9, insert the following new Clause— “Restoration of funding to the adoption and special guardianship support fundWithin one month of the day on which this Act is passed, the Secretary of State must increase the funding available per child per year under the adoption and special guardianship support fund to a level equal to or greater than the funding available per child under the fund in March 2025.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment would reverse the cut to the adoption and special guardianship support fund.
