84: Clause 26, page 45, line 10, leave out “A statutory instrument containing” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment and my amendment to clause 26 at page 45, line 11, would update references to the parliamentary procedure for Welsh statutory instruments containing regulations under new section 18 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 to reflect the Legislation (Procedure, Publication and Repeals) (Wales) Act 2025.
