I therefore say to the Minister, in a constructive spirit, that the consultation process and the ability of admitted bodies to scrutinise the workings of the fund is not operating as it should. The notion that admitted bodies can simply review the fund’s homework is not proving effective, and this lack of transparency ultimately undermines confidence in the system as a whole. Will the Minister comment on this?
