Once again, we have discussed concern around levels of funding for councils. I will not repeat too overtly my point about the gratitude that this side has for the novelty of the concern for local authority funding that some of us who have been struggling with local government austerity over the previous decade have found. We are having a nice, consensual discussion in Committee so I will not press that point, let alone try to break into the horseshoe accord between the noble Lord, Lord Fuller, and my noble friend Lord Davies.
