Finally, the Government say that we can add other amendments later by regulation. But we have a good list here, so why on earth not add them now? Then you can add others by regulation. I conclude by saying we should perhaps add another one: we should look at the National Memorial Arboretum. I would like the Government to say that they will consider the National Memorial Arboretum, where there are 400 memorials, and the big one is the one to the Armed Forces, which should be protected in all circumstances.
