Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
On Friday 19 December, the Lady Chief Justice gave her first formal interview in the Times. She said that judicial morale is “fragile” and reminded the journalist, “These are real people”. Where is the evidence that there is spare judicial time in the family court to hear between just over 500 and just over 2,000 applications, as per the impact assessment? Some will be straightforward, but many will not be.
