Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
I understand that there are 40 designated family judges outside the High Court. Is that correct? If it is the case that those broad figures are correct, then the amendment in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Carlile, would suggest a tripling in the capacity of the judges who are capable of dealing with cases relative to the introduction of the Bill before the insertion of a panel. Is that correct?
