Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
As the Minister will know, it is currently a statutory requirement that all public law cases are met within 26 weeks. This is scarcely, if ever, met. Given the ramifications of public law cases for the effective operation of the protection of children in care, can the Minister let us know what the impact will be on that current timeline if the amendment in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Carlile, is agreed?
