Helpfully, the Public Accounts Committee in another place issued a recommendation in September last year that the Government should produce, within three months— a deadline which has passed—a report on the basis of what the MoJ and the DfE have done to improve family justice timeliness overall. Can the Minister or the promoter of the Bill tell us what progress has been made?
