As I have said, this is a large group and, for this reason, I apologise in advance for the fact that it will take me a little bit of time to go through it, which may limit my taking interventions. But I shall not comment on all the amendments in this group, so your Lordships can take it that, if there are some that I do not mention explicitly, this is only because the Government have no observations to make—or at least none at the moment, although it is always possible that something may arise at a later stage.
