I want to refer to a point raised by the noble Baroness, Lady Berridge, about pressure. She and I have discussed this outside the Chamber. My concern about adding pressure into the Bill is that I can imagine cases, based on my own legal experience, where pressure may be applied for entirely morally proper purposes. We need to examine that proposal in greater detail if it is to be taken further.
