Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
I point out that Clauses 4 and 18 and Schedule 2, as the Bill stands, set out a requirement that the commissioner should set up a completely new system, which is unknown. We have a system, the judicial system, which could make its way towards being effective very quickly.
