I emphasise in answer to the Minister that I took every word in her speech to heart—I have not heard any of it before, by the way—and I would be absolutely ready, as I said right at the beginning of my speech in moving my amendment, and as she recognised, to discuss the contents of the Bill, having the same opportunity as the noble and learned Lord had when he presented the Bill to the House.
