7: In subsection (3), after inserted section 20A(3), insert— “(4) A report made under this section must include a statement that the reporting person or authorised representative makes the report in good faith believing that the content is of the kind specified in section 20 and a statement that the information provided in the report is true to the best of their knowledge and belief.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment seeks to curb malicious reporting.
