Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill

That this House do not insist on its Amendment 2, to which the Commons have disagreed for their Reason 2A. 2A: Because the Commons consider the Amendment to be unnecessary in light of existing statutory guidance about bringing a child protection plan to an end and steps already being taken to strengthen multi-agency decision making relating to child protection.
