Diego Garcia Military Base and British Indian Ocean Territory BillContribution
The Chagossian people have already experienced what happens when decisions about their homeland are taken hastily and without consultation. They were removed before the law could protect them. Their voices were ignored, and their rights were treated as expendable. This House now has a chance to show that we have learned from that history.
