Similarly, with respect to the noble Lord, Lord Morrow, I dealt with Amendment 22 in my comments. He is keen to understand the impact of the treaty on the rules-based international order. Again, all I can say is that the treaty has been welcomed by our international partners, including the UN Secretary-General, the Commonwealth Secretary-General and the African Union.
