As I reminded the House at Second Reading, the noble Lord, Lord Kennedy of Southwark, said in winding up the debate for the Labour Party in relation to our amendment to the Domestic Abuse Bill that he hoped the Government would set out a pathway to remedy this undeniably serious problem.
