The noble Lord, Lord Harper, then raised the issue of what the arrangements will be for delivery of the NHS in relation to assisted dying on one side of the border. That is a legitimate issue, but it is not raised by this bunch of amendments and will be discussed under Clauses 41 and 42, so I will postpone responding to that until then.
