48E: Clause 1, page 6, line 20, at end insert— “(9A) Before making the first regulations to be made under subsection (9)(c) the Secretary of State must consult— (a) such persons representing the interests of seasonal workers as the Secretary of State considers appropriate, (b) such persons representing the interests of employers of seasonal workers as the Secretary of State considers appropriate, and (c) such other persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.”
