48F: Schedule 1, page 155, line 11, at end insert— “(7ZA) Before making the first regulations to be made under sub-paragraph (7)(c) the Secretary of State must consult— (a) such persons representing the interests of agency workers who do seasonal work as the Secretary of State considers appropriate, (b) such persons representing the interests of hirers to whom agency workers are supplied to do seasonal work as the Secretary of State considers appropriate, and (c) such other persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.”
