13: Clause 6, page 4, line 38, leave out subsection (7) Member's explanatory statement This leaves out the duty to consult about levy regulations under clause 6 since I am proposing a new clause that brings together (and extends) consultation requirements under the Bill. See my new clause to be inserted before clause 15.
