14: Clause 10, page 6, line 13, leave out subsection (4) Member’s explanatory statement This leaves out the duty to consult about regulations under clause 10 since I am proposing a new clause that brings together (and extends) consultation requirements under the Bill. See my new clause to be inserted before clause 15.
