An investigation by the Social Research Lab at the University of Northern Colorado found that OnlyFans provides new avenues for sex trafficking to occur. One trafficker generated more than $270,000 in the US alone over 30 months. Because much of this content is behind a paywall on OnlyFans, it is easier for traffickers to hide, while making it harder for law enforcement to track any potential trafficking on the site.
