This detailed who had responded and went through various things. That was published alongside these regulations. A total of 50 written responses were provided by various stakeholders, including the pensions industry, trade unions, legal firms, asset managers, investment consultancy firms, UK charities and actuaries. There is plenty more detail, but we have consulted widely. Having considered the points that were raised, some drafting changes were made to the final SI where necessary to ensure that the legislation is as effective as possible in delivering the policy intent.
