On issues around domestic abuse, the noble and learned Lord referred eloquently to other parts of the legislation, but this was a key discussion initiated by Jess Asato—I think others may come in to discuss this particular point—and I am not aware that she has been involved in potential amendments to what she thought she had secured. I will not repeat her Commons speech, but it was very clear about the extra forms of abuse that she specifically managed to get into the Bill.
