Immigration Skills Charge (Amendment) Regulations 2025Contribution
As I have just said, the ISC rates have been unchanged since 2017—I think someone was asleep on the job. What specific concrete plans and mechanisms will the Ministers put in place to ensure that the ISC is reviewed and updated on a regular, timely basis to prevent companies facing such large increases and ensure that the charge retains its real-terms value?
