Can the Minister confirm whether any formal or targeted consultation was undertaken with employers or employer representatives regarding the 32% increase? If not, what steps were taken to gauge the potential effects on business and recruitment planning? I draw that to the attention of the Minister, because we just spoke about demographic change. Increasing numbers of jobs are required as a result of demographic change in our country—does workforce planning match what this charge is about?
