244: Clause 51, page 68, line 30, at end insert— “(6) The Secretary of State may by regulations amend subsection (1A) so as to add to or remove from the list of orders any relevant UK order.(7) “Relevant UK order” means an order under the law of Scotland or Northern Ireland which appears to the Secretary of State to be equivalent or similar to a CCE prevention order.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment gives the Secretary of State power to amend the list of orders made by courts in Northern Ireland or Scotland, breach of which constitutes an offence.
