251: Schedule 5, page 253, leave out lines 36 and 37 and insert “, in any part of the United Kingdom, that is associated with the doing of anything within paragraph (a)(i) or (ii).” Member's explanatory statement This amendment changes the meaning of “engaging in conduct associated with child criminal exploitation” in the provisions about child criminal exploitation prevention orders in England and Wales, to encompass anything done anywhere in the UK.
