255: Schedule 5, page 255, line 31, leave out “England and Wales” and insert “the United Kingdom” Member's explanatory statement This amendment, together with my other amendment to this paragraph, changes the meaning of “home address” so that the home address of the subject of a CCE prevention order made on conviction in England and Wales may be anywhere in the UK.
