Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
“In my clinical work I have had many encounters with vulnerable older people who were being coerced into making decisions. The fundamental problem with the bill here is the assumption that such coercion can be detected by one or two clinical assessments, carried out by the coordinating doctor and assessing doctor. This is a seriously inadequate approach”.
