Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill

Checking whether a close relative has a history of financial crime serves as a necessary preventive safeguard by identifying individuals most likely to engage in financial exploitation, regardless of whether they are listed as a direct beneficiary in the current will. Some kind of proactive check, done in the way I have suggested, has to be brought in and needs to go beyond merely addressing overt coercion.
