I would like to say a lot more on this. It has already been referred to that the Royal College of Psychiatrists was eventually allowed to give evidence orally to the Commons, and I am delighted that it was able to give evidence to the Lords Select Committee. It has not given the answer exactly, but it refers to something involving the Human Tissue Authority training and overseeing a network of independent assessors trying to confirm aspects of the choices before them and that they are not subject to coercion.
