Amendment 726, in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Sandhurst, suggests that the Secretary of State must issue—I think that is what the noble Lord is saying—a code of practice in connection with whether or not a person has been coerced. I respect that suggestion, which comes from the Law Society. Can I take it away and think about it? It seems perfectly sensible.
